Ray Hyde is an accomplished Vocalist/Songwriter and has been singing in churches for as long as he can remember.
Ray is currently a Lead Worshipper at Cathedral of Faith, where he has been a member over the last 26 years. During this same period, he has ministered on television channels 65, 42 and 26, with Benny Hinn, Wellington Boone and Ed Silvoso, to name a few, on albums with Lillie Knauls and Mark Kenoly, and on the racing circuit with Racer's For Christ.
During the late 1990's Ray worked for a company called Media Arts Group, now The Thomas Kinkade Company, and due to some unfortunate circumstances lost his job. In the midst of that experience was birthed the inspiration for over thirty-six songs based upon the titles of Thomas Kinkade's paintings. Ray also performed at one of Thomas' events where he heard Ray sing and said “why are you working for me with that great talent? You should be singing full time.” Thus began Ray's journey as God opened new doors for the ministry calling that has been placed on his life.
Ray knows that God has called him to minister and encourage people, whenever and wherever he can, through the tremendous gifts and talent that God has blessed him with.
Ray is 45 years young, a Husband to his beautiful Bride of 12 years, Bina, and father of three incredibly gorgeous children, Aaron Michael Hyde(9), Alexandria Denise Hyde(7) and last but not least, Audrey Rita Hyde (5).
